All About The



I am a healthy, active 30 year old who has struggled with finding a workout plan that I can stick with. Partly it’s because I go into it wanting to lose weight, or just have guidelines that are far too strict and I end up giving up.


Melaina’s posts inspired me to make it more of a lifestyle and a way to be stronger and healthier. I loved the sentiment, ‘movement is medicine’.  Movement and fitness are a magical tool for mental health.


What I love about Melaina as a coach is the supportive, caring, no judgment AT ALL approach. She checks in, personalizes your workouts based on what you tell her you need, and she truly loves what she does and it shows.


I’ve never ever stuck with anything this long and it’s been 3 months now and I am PUMPED to wake up and do these workouts, because I can feel myself getting stronger and feel healthier in all areas in my life. Working with her has absolutely changed my life and the way I view working out.

After two babies and two C-section's, I wasn't sure where to begin with rebuilding my core and getting into shape. Melaina has really empowered me to listen to my body and go at my own pace.

My husband, David, and I have been on Melaina’s program for only a month now but the increase in our strength is significantly noticeable. We started with fairly light weight and by week 3, we were able to increase the weight by double (for me) and 1.5x (for David). The plan is well written and easy to follow! 


Melaina also does an excellent job in showing us how properly perform the exercises as well as checking in with us on a weekly basis. Her follow up questions are thoughtful and she cares about the effects of the exercises on our bodies.


We know she is thinking ahead for our health and wellness. We can’t wait to move to the next level with Melaina!
