About Me

Hi! My name is Melaina. I'm a mama of two, a wife and dog mom, and someone who truly loves all things tied to wellness. 


For as long as I can remember health and fitness have been my passion and what have kept me going through both the very best and absolute hardest moments of my life. 

In 2020 I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and in 2021 a PCES Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist. And today, I'm  sharing that passion with the world by helping others find movement in a way that makes them feel their best. 

Over the years, my fitness journey has varied from a no-excuses approach where I went all-out-all-the-time to finally reaching a point where I can listen to and fuel my body and mind with what  they need most. 

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness and it's important for each of us to acknowledge that we are all on our own journey. My hope is that whatever is driving you, you make the choice to Move For You.
